featured review
What a beautiful experience! I lacked motivation and had not followed a physical regimen in years. I recently turned 42 and thought, what a gift to give myself that is that of continued health. I was greeted with warmth upon arrival. The grounds are impeccable, and the atmosphere electric. My instructor, Jason Goldberg, was an absolute dream. What a fun, quirky, knowledgeable instructor. He targeted my core muscles, with zero impact.

Our most gentle, least intensive class. Perfect for people with pain, chronic illness, and for folks looking to SLOW down and chill.
Good for beginners who need to move a little slower and with the support of blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps. Easy on the joints.
This is where you will start to build strength, endurance, and cardio conditioning. Learn the foundational poses in this class and maybe even break a sweat.
It is a demanding, 26 pose series. This allows you to work deep into your muscles, tendons, and ligaments, and to change your body from the inside out.
